I tend to go for simplistic solutions and avoid over-engineering. You don't need a bazooka to kill a mosquito.

Readability is something I care about a lot when writing code.

Documenting (Confluence, Notion, etc.) is an important part of my process.

I'm a visual learner, so most often than not I'll have some graphic representation of a feature behaviour, interactions among microservices, etc.
